Tami is a creative baker who has spent years (after surviving a heart attack and unemployment)researching, creating and testing healthier delicious desserts. Recipes that let you indulge without the guilt. Made with all natural ingredients, healthy oils such as coconut oil and other nut oils, reduced sugar using a mixed blend of organic cane sugar, honey, maple syrup with healthier sweet substitutes such as coconut sugar, stevia and or agave nectar. Fruit and veggie purees are sometimes used also.
